European ODR Platform
Under Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, it has been possible since 9 January 2016 for disputes with businesses in connection with online contracts for goods or services to be settled by consumers out of court via an online dispute resolution platform (ODR Platform). This regulation applies insofar as you have concluded a contract on services with us (that is the case if we as a travel agency arrange services for you that are provided by a third party). This platform will be set up by the EU Commission and can be accessed via the portal at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Please note that according to information from the EU Commission, the ODR Platform for consumers will be accessible as from 15 February 2016. Our email address is: service@eurowingsholidays.com.
Eurowings Holidays GmbH is not taking part in any out-of-court dispute resolution by a consumer arbitration agency.
